What shipping method do you use? 

Our free shipping is USPS Priority Mail for most orders. We use Parcel post for Canada orders. At our discretion, we may use UPS Ground for larger orders. We have selected USPS Priority Mail because they offer fast shipping and reliable service, as well as Saturday delivery or pickup.
 
What is the shipping cost for Canada?
Costs for shipping to Canada are based on order total. For orders of up to $25; shipping is $17.95. For orders $25.01-$50; shipping is $18.95. For orders $50.01-$75; shipping is $19.95. For orders $75.01-$95; shipping is $20.95. For orders $95.01-$200; shipping is $21.95. For orders over $200, shipping is 24.95. Correct shipping cost to Canada will appear in checkout after you enter your shipping address.
 
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders will ship the next business day. Allow about 1 week for delivery, but most orders will arrive in about 3-4 days, depending on your location. When your order ships, you will recieve an email with tracking information so you can track your order at the USPS or UPS websites.
 
Is your site secure?
Yes, and to protect your information, we have chosen to use PayPal for credit card charges. Your credit card is seen only by PayPal, not by us, so you can feel safe. You will be able to use this payment method whether or not you have a Paypal account.
 
I got charged for my order even though it was out of stock, are you going to fix this?
We try to make sure the inventory on our website is up to date, but occasionally an item becomes unavailable. Paypal takes your payment when you place your order, not when we process it, so you may be charged for an item that is out of stock. If this happens we will refund your card and notify you as soon as possible.
 
Can I return an item that doesn't fit?
Of course, but it must be in original condition with tags and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an item or charge a restocking fee if it has been damaged, excessivly worn, or returned without tags or packaging.
 
How long do I have to make returns?
You may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your order. You may return your order for an exchange only within 60 days of your order. After 60 days, all sales are final.
 
I made an order, but I have not recieved any communication from you, where is my order? 
Since we are an online store, we communicate with our customers via email. Make sure you add our email address to your address book, or it may be intercepted by spam filters. After your order has shipped, you will be able to track it on the UPS or USPS websites with it's tracking number.
 
I ordered my clothes according to my measurement, but they don't fit. What's the problem? 
Since everyone is shaped differently, measurements alone won't always get an accurate fit. That is one of the problems of online shopping. However, we will be more than happy to exchange the item for you. Although we are able to offer free shipping on initial orders, all shipping costs on exchanges will be your responsibility.
 
I'm confused by the sizes offered, can you explain? 
Breech and pant sizes for adults are based on waist size. You can guess your size by adding 20 to your regular pant size. For example, if you normally wear size 8, you may wear a 28-30 size breech. It is usually best to go up in size a little for full seats. Shirt and coat sizes are based on chest size. Measure the fullest part of your chest. Children's clothes are standard children's sizes 2-16.
 
How do I care for my clothing? 
Most of our clothing can be machine washed and dried. To extend the life of your breeches, full seats in particular, wash with a leather or wool cleaner, such as Leather Therapy or Pepede and air dry. However, the breeeches may also be machine dried and washed with regular detergent. Show coats must be dry cleaned because they contain wool.
